The request by melle for a copy of From Bike to Superbike by Burrows has prompted me to ask about another book that is pretty rare to get hold of:

The ISBN for the English version of the CROW Design Manual for Bicycle Traffic (often referred to as the 2016 or 2017 edition) is ISBN 9789066286597

This is a spec for building cycle paths in the Netherlands. Simple minded folk like myself might think this would be on the desk of every County active travel designer in the country. No copies appear to be available in Cambridge or Oxford public libraries. I myself would buy a copy but it is pricey.
