With all the excitement of the build up to WC2024 you may not have noticed the BHPC race season creeping up on us!!

Registration for our first event, two days of racing in Hull, opens for BHPC Members this Thursday (11th April) and will open to non-members if places are available on Thursday 18th...

I seem to have volunteered to organise this one, so:

Round 1: 4 laps anti-clockwise. Bring your lightweight racing abacuses, because this format appears to be a test of arithmetic as much as athleticism.

Round 2: 45min + 1 lap clockwise.

Times to be confirmed - I'm not sure when the booking runs for?

(We might split the first round into three groups if we have a decent turnout, purely because we haven't done a 3-way merge with the new software yet, and we're going to need that to work for the Worlds.)

Ennerdale track is booked for 11:00am - 4:00pm on Saturday.

Important note about Hull: There's no public water tap anywhere on site (yes, really - apparently it's not a legal requirement), and the staff at the leisure centre quickly tire of filling water bottles in their office. So make sure you bring plenty of water.
