The Young Lady is looking to use her newly acquired Trice on an overnight brevet. It already has a flagpole but she is looking to get vertically separated taillights. It seems to be a USA thing to have an LED flagpole and that would give the desired visibility. Where do I get one of those in the UK?

I rolled my own for an El Supremo pre-Christmas 200 but multi-coloured blinkenlights with additional tinsel may not be quite what she had in mind

Indeed. She was looking for something off the shelf and somewhat less festive. Any suggestions that I can install in the next two weeks without any soldering or handicrafts?

Alas not. You may need to engage the services of a Kim.

You could try some USB or battery powered fairy lights, just wrap them up and down... they won't be super bright, but they should stand out when out in the dark.
