Just in case anyone is trying to register for the online seminar scheduled for 24-Nov-20 this has been postponed to 2021. The below information is from their website:

Due to COVID-19 the next Velomobile* Seminar is postponed until 2021, probably in Brussels during August. Further updates will be posted here. This extra time means that new submissions are welcome – please scroll down for details. Originally the 9th Seminar was going to coincide with EuroBike in Friedrichshafen (September 2020), then a short virtual seminar was proposed (for November 2020) but this plan was replaced by the committee in favour of a ‘real’ seminar with velomobiles on display and in use. * in German: Velomobil.
