There have been some odd names for individual hpvs over the years.
Here is my attempt at naming the Hpv-heaven streamliner, 14 years after creation.
Henceforth it shall be known as the Silver Bream Machine, or the Bream for short. Justification is the colour and it's high, relatively narrow (compared to my Waw) profile. That's the fish part explained, although the only rationale for the rest is my love of poor puns. The film was quite poor and the actual bike in the movie was supposedly awful.
Anyway, Bream it is. Anyone got any interesting naming stories?
Ian

Cosimo the Stealth Baron derives the "Stealth" part of his moniker from a comment from one of Darth Ian's henchmen at FutureCycles "That bike's invisible to radar!" When he came to live at Larrington Towers he took up residence in the plant-infested conservatory and thus became, like Cosimo di Medardo in the novella by Italo Calvino, "The Baron in the Trees".

Excellent Dave, I've heard that before and it is still fresh. Mostly due to my ignorance of classic literature and it flying so far over my head.
Can anyone top that?

No names for bikes yet, but the car got a name

GBOF - short for Green Beast of the Fens - a forest green Disco 2, trundling around majestically, peasants pheasants bouncing off the bull-bars.
