Does anybody have any tips for removing a Kingcycle suspension fork.
Bruvver Dave has tried hitting it to no avail.
Do we need a bigger hammer or a bigger bruvver?

If stuck try penetration spray and leave over night. Failing that I once removed a damage steerer by cutting from the inside out until it was loose enough to slip out of its own accord.

Gentle heat.. start with a couple of kettle full of freshly boiled water.
Then on to the heat gun set on low.

Dont over heat though otherwise it will turn to mush.

Thanks Andy.
I think he's already given it a going over with penetrating spray so we may be heading towards a hacksaw. Nothing else holding the suspension fork as far as you know? It's a strange setup... We have a standard fork to replace it so wrecking the fork wouldn't be the end of the world.

Thanks Karl.
It certainly doesn't seem keen to budge by fair means.
