first cross race of the season.....err every!!
and wow what fun, an hour of mud sweat and fear!!!

max climb out to 21%. mine the 14% down was fun!!!
mile long local course and there are six more races easy to get to.

think i need a lighter bike, and saddly a bent will not work.

ps this clearly in not training it was a pleasent sunday afternoon ride

One bite and most come back.  Anyone with an ounce of competitiveness and an enthusiasm for riding like a loon in a half in control half out of control fashion loves it.  It is also very hard work and therefore is IS training Big smile.
