To all the fans of my 'regular' column out there (if there are any), I'd like to say that I did write a submission for this issue, but it looks like the editor couldn't find room for it Disapprove. Can I claim the dubious honour of being the first person in history to have a submission for the BHPC magazine turned down? ShockedWink

Thanks to everyone whose work was incuded - I'm looking forward to reading it all over Christmas.

I also had a submission turned down, the issue was big enough as it was. Thus some of the content will be rolled over to the next issue (which would otherwise be rather thin due to being no significant events in the winter to write about)

Is it just my imagination or have twelve days of Lee's article in the latest mag gone AWOL?

There is an editor's note just before the first omitted day, referring to his decision to trim the piece a bit.  Just the kind of thing worth publishing in full in the Magazine Extra section of the web site, though?

Claire was delighted with the issue and the number of mentions of what the writers - even the Almost Legendary Geoff Bird - had for lunch or dinner.  The only disappointment was missing out on a full set of food-related coverage because Mike didn't tell us what the Delft Speedbike runs on.  Wink
