I am building a new project and need an aluminum bar. 300mm long and threaded with a fixed wheel cog size of  1.375" x 24 tpi. Along its total length and both ends to have M10x30mm taped hole.

Can anyone help.

I'm sure that Mike Burrows would be able to do it, and probably enjoy it! Have you approached Burrows Engineering?

Another person who I know might be interested is John the Seat Post Man, he has done some thread cutting like this before.

John helps me with a lot of machining of the windcheetah parts as well as helping in the workshop.

Regards
Karl
