Just been to meet Ian and Slash at the Kirton checkpoint and both looking as if they've only been out for a Sunday morning stroll. 180kms in 6 hours on the roads that they are using is remarkable. Graydog has just gone through the checkpoint as well so all three are doing us proud!

Just had an update and they arrived at Pocklington checkpoint - 336kms - after 12.5 hours. Ian is carrying on but Slash is going to stop there for a rest.
Slash in the Quattro was just on the local TV news programme leaving one of the earlier checkpoints.
