    Posted: 07 September 2015 at 7:49pm

I bought this unique (in UK) tilting trike from our Mem' Sec' earlier this year with the intention of using it as my race machine in 2016.  However, due to a change in circumstances I am now able to transport my DF Velomobile to races so will be using that.

I have changed the cranks to my 150 mm ones (along with the BB) although the original 170 mm cranks and square taper BB are available to swap back if required.

The trike is surprisingly easy to ride as a low racer (unlocked tilt) even i quickly got the hang of it despite my poor balance.

If you know Nick you will appreciate that this trike has been fastidiously looked after, and i've done about 3 miles on it, it is perfectly ready to race and be very competitive in the multi-track class, especially as it corners like a low racer rather than a trike.

I will let the photo's describe it though.

I'm not going to post the asking price as it was sold to me at an attractive price which I'm sure Nick would not want me to band about, I will sell it at exactly the same price (plus £25) for shortened cranks inc originals, anybody can always approach Nick or Judith to verify how much I paid.

If it doesn't sell it will be going on ebay Cry, but with a higher reserve to cover all their fees etc.

So, pick up a bargain, a unique machine and win some races Big smile

PM for the price Smile

I can confirm that it is awesome around corners having tried to follow Nick on it around Stourport a couple of years ago...
