Hello John
 
Challenge are like most of the continental recumbents and come with booms that allow for a vast range of adjustment.
 
I am 5'10'' tall with a 32'' leg and fit in the mid-range of the boom extension.
 
It will fit anyone from around 5'6'' to 6'4'' as long as your body is proportionate ie, not gorilla/chimpanzee.
