Hello all,
I'm new to the forum, and I joined so I could post my home-made recumbent low-racer for sale here. http://forum.bhpc.org.uk/uploads/1603/IMG_20150420_180737_060_small.jpg" /> http://forum.bhpc.org.uk/uploads/1603/IMG_20150420_180751_233_small.jpg" /> Edit: my images don't seem to display so heres a link: http://forum.bhpc.org.uk/uploads/1603/IMG_20150420_180737_060_small.jpg - http://forum.bhpc.org.uk/uploads/1603/IMG_20150420_180737_060_small.jpg http://forum.bhpc.org.uk/uploads/1603/IMG_20150420_180751_233_small.jpg - http://forum.bhpc.org.uk/uploads/1603/IMG_20150420_180751_233_small.jpg It's a self-designed steel frame, making use of the rear-triangle of a diamond frame bicycle for the rear wheel. Rear-wheel drive with 8spd chain Shimano 8spd cassette on Mavic wheel Adjustable position bottom bracket to accomodate longer/shorter legs Shimano rear mech/friction gearshift on handlebars. Double chainset on front but no front mech yet. Shifter ready for it on the handlebars. Wooden/foam seat covered with black ripstop. Mudguards front and rear Rack and pannier bags. Bianchi carbon crank/spider (on one side - steel on the other balancing out!) I designed it to be my commuting bicycle but the busy roads on my way to work put me off being low-down. I don't have a lot of experience with recumbents, but it seems to ride quite well and is fairly comfortable for me. I'm selling it as an ongoing project to someone who knows that they are doing. Please reply or PM me if you are interested. Looking for offers from £400 Cheers- Joe Edited by JoeR - 25 April 2015 at 1:06pm |

I do - I'll send you a PM.
I just noticed in this 6 month old advert that I forgot to say where the bike is - Norwich.
