Hi all
Just wanted to introduce myself, my name is Gio
I'm fairly new to handcycling and will be looking to join you at the Darley wood event, please be gentle with me
Do I have to register or can I just turn up on the day? Can someone tell me what time the event starts and finishes please?

Hi Gio...
Look forward to meeting you at Darley Moor.
You can just turn up on the day and register... Racing usually starts at around 11am but people will be arriving from probably 9 O'Clock onwards and there should be plenty of time to have a practice before you race.
You'll need a helmet and make sure any pointy bits on your machine are covered up - Ideally you'll need somewhere to mount numbers - Main thing is to have fun...
