Metabike Metaphysic

I'm selling a 2014 Metabike Metaphysic.

This was bought as a framekit February 2014, except it has the carbon fork and carbon seat as additions rather than the stock parts. I've taken off the decals because to be blunt, they're not great and this has left a much more neat and tidy stealth look to the bike.

Components are:

SRAM X9 rear mech
SRAM Cassette 10sp 11-32
SRAM X9 shifters
Ultegra Front mech triple
Ultegra chainset 30-39-52 with 165mm cranks
Mavic Aksium wheels
Avid BB7's

In addition to the above I've swapped the idler for one made by Terracycle and added a headrest from Optima and there are also two mirrors that come with the bike. In addition there are two holes pre-drilled in the bottom of the seat should you wish to fit the bracket that Don Appell sells to carry two water bottles, as well as mounting points on the underside of the tiller and underneath the main tube to mount water bottle cages as well.

My x-seam is 41'' and this bike can accommodate 4-5 inches either side of this, although for a smaller x-seam you may have to shorten the boom.

This is a lovely bike, extremely comfortable to ride and has done about 3000km, although the wheels are brand new. There are some minor scuffs on the chainset and tiller but other than this the bike is in very good condition.

The reason the wheels are brand new is because the wheels that were on this bike are now on my other recumbent and this is the reason for the sale.
