I designed and made this trike - it is a tadpole layout with front wheel drive and independent front suspension. I bought 20" wheels and re-laced the rims onto my own hubs. I was able to buy angle-grinder gear spares for less than £5 for two pairs for the differential. I used a layshaft and second chain to compensate for the 20" wheels and the 26" wheel drive set. The front axle is a transverse leaf from a Morris Minor spring (I think) with steel tube lower wishbones. The two front disc brakes are operated from a single lever with a load sharing system, and I get no braking steer (or pedal steer). The seat is a steel tube frame with 2" webbing woven onto it - I can adjust the height but not the leg-length. I find it fairly terrifying on the road. It's over-riding disadvantage is the weight at 24 kg. Let me know if anyone would like more info. uploads/2757/FIN4.jpg

hi, yes I'd be interested to see the designs and photos. Could you upload them to the website or email them over to danielvinson77@hotmail.com. Thanks
