Telescopic tiller/ stem + 406 forks wanted

   For a new-to-me very early Baron, I'm looking for a straight telescopic 1" ahead tiller, or just the top "stem" part that the handlebars attach to, with or without handlebars. Stem diameters between 3/4" and 1" will work, I have a 1" ID lower part and can use a spacer if required. Must be the type for separate handlebars as I want to be able to rotate them, can swap for fixed ones from a Baron (1" (25.4) stem/ 7/8" (22.2mm) handlebars) if required.

Also interested in a 1" ahead (carbon/ light) 406 front fork (standard or mono) should anyone have one kicking about.
