   wow feel like a pro!!!

105km riding over last few days (km sounds further than writing in miles :)
temps up to 37deg
alas no recumbent riding but sure enough road and MTB.
mannaged to put my Gaint DH in the case and pick up a spare set of wheels here.
nice blue to red run yesterday at local game reserve, which included sightings of zebra, impala and buffalo. 

hey oh on.y two more two of this warm temp   thunderstorms and chilled out riding.....

ps feel like a pro, cos getting out to warm climates for high altitude (4500ft) training. err course not doing any training just riding for fun

	No mate we had 300mm before I left! Snowball fights, mtb runs and sledging :-) -7 to plus 30 in a week! Most nights it is not going below 28 :-)
