   Britisah Cycling hopld the key to coaching training. You can have a look at their website if you dare. The next level 1 courses at manchester are in April / May. 
Specific track cooaching certification is a stage or two further down the line as far as i can see. The links don't appear to work form  me. Sadly, it's not a simple process.
