Hi,

I am from Penang in Malaysia. I am going to introduce "Pedal Car Racing" to my country and the main sponsor will be the Penang Turf Club. The inaugural race is scheduled to be run in August 2007.

I have already made a prototype Pedal Car and in two months' time, I will have 12 of them. The race will be held at the old motor racing circuit in Georgetown, Penang which hosted international motor races from 1969 to 1988. It is a street circuit like Macau and Monaco. In a way, it will be a revival of this world famous and picturesque motor racing circuit but this time, with human powered vehicles instead.

I write to inquire whether you would be able to send a team to participate in our August race. Your presence will help make the launch of Pedal Car Racing in this country more exciting. Preferably, you should bring your own Pedal Cars or HPVs so that we can learn something from you since things are all new to us here but we are going to give it a damn good shot.
