Greetings People of Human Power!!
There is just one more opportunity to blast your shiny steed around a fairly small but perfectly formed track in search of glory and BHPC points!
On Sunday the 19th October our final round will take place at Hillingdon. 
Please don’t turn up in the morning as we only have the track, parking and facilities from 1pm to 6pm. 
We’ll run the usual 30 minutes in each direction, split into slower and faster groups. 
A few of our race classes (notably Multitrack) are going all the way to the wire again so thrills are guaranteed. Spills are hopefully less likely…
The AGM will follow the racing in the clubhouse and it’s your one annual opportunity to have your say and vote off the current committee if you think we’re not doing it right… 
If you have one of the trophies please bring it along. I have Multitrack and Junior trophies, only one of which I won last year. 😁
Entries will open next Thursday (2nd October) for BHPC Members and on the 9th for non members if there are any places left. 
Be there or be… erm… somewhere else having a lot less fun.

Can someone remember to book the appropriate weather this time?  Mild temperatures, no wind and about 5 minutes of light drizzle ought to do it...

PARKING AT HILLINGDON - please note:

  • Do not arrive at Hillingdon before 12:30! There is another booking before us and there will be little or no parking space before that time. If you do arrive early then go and wait in Sainsbury's carpark or on Springfield Road

  • After 12:30 go through the new barrier and park on the righthand side of the entrance road. Please close the barrier behind you to discourage unauthorised parking. Do not park in Goals carpark at any time - you will get a fine.

  • Please leave the area at the end of the entrance road next to the circuit clear for handcyclists and other disabled riders.

  • If the ground is dry there may be additional parking on the field behind the clubhouse - go to the end of the entrance road and bear left.

Just to let you know, I won't be attending the last race meeting at Hillingdon.
Still doing some house maintenance work, which has dragged on a bit.
I should be free of that work for next year.
Big thank you to all the organisers for 2025.
I've enjoyed every BHPC moment.
See you again, soon in 2026, hopefully with a new fangled velomobile non-commercial in my arsenal.
