I need some pulley wheels for the power side of my chainline .Does anyone make their own or know where I might buy them. The company in the Netherlands will no longer supply to the UK. Currently I am using a freewheel screwed to part of a wheel hub, but the solution is heavy.

I'm guessing you're referring to Dutch Bike Bits? Have you tried velomobile dealers e.g IntercityBike or Velomobiel.nl?

Bruvver Dave made his out of skateboard wheels… they worked well.

Dutchbikebits / Alligt won't ship to the UK, but Ginkgo will.

very expensive - I have TIG welding equipment, but no lathe, I am sure a simpler cheaper solution can be found. Thankyou for such a prompt reply

I make mine out of skateboard/inline wheels too,or if I want an idler gear a stripped out freewheel with the palls removed so it spins both ways
