These cost me £25, including, as an unexpected bonus, next day courier delivery from http://www.pushchairs.co.uk/index.html . I have been looking for a while, hugely put off by >200 euros for Radical and I couldn't see a real alternative. Not been out with them yet, but the clip fittings are even better than I expected. It was your Fujin, Mark, thanks - really enjoying it!

They look good, have you used the square plastic clips to fasten them?

Yes. There are two, one at the bottom (goes round one of the seat supports from the frame), one in the middle (goes through one of the holes in the seat), and then just the top one, which will take a lot of the load, from the pannier rack. The quality seems really good - only got them yesterday so a trip out will tell, but the only downside to date is that they seem to have put the logo on upside down on one of the bags. And perhaps the right hand one will run rather close to the chain and so it will get rather mucky, maybe I won't use that one. Easy to unclip and they even come with a shoulder strap. The matching colour is yet another bonus!

A very straightforward 100k audax yesterday - it performed really well. Perhaps it would swing a bit with heavy stuff in, but for waterproofs / papers / bits and bobs the pockets are in just the right place. So that will be my set up for the time being - a small pannier for the heavy stuff, tools etc and the left one of these for bits. And the clips mean that it stays in place when I hang it up on the garage roof for storage. The right one would swing into the chainline so perhaps some sort of gadget on the seat to keep it off? The recumbent market will be a LOT smaller than the pushchair side of things, but probably worth them advertising and stressing out Radical!

Sorry about late reply, not sure what happened to Notify me of Replies! Now done quite a lot of longish distance stuff, mainly DIY routes around 100 miles or 100 k and the bags are great. I found that they do need hitching higher than I did at first, otherwise they can hit the ground on sharp turns, but there is the capability to do that with the top strap. I use the left for a hydration water bladder and the right for sandwiches, cereal bars etc and they are in just the right place to reach down with no need to stop to get things out of panniers etc.
