Challenge Seiran steering parts

   Hi, Having been rammed amidships by a motorbike I need to replace the bearing housing/handlebar clamp from the USS assembly on my Challenge Seiran 24; it's a long shot, but does anyone have one of these they don't need (or know where I could source one)? Ideally I would like to replace the handlebars too, so a complete assembly, even a non-original one that could be made to fit, would be perfect.
Alternatively, I'd consider buying the parts necessary to convert to ASS, if this is possible; there isn't much spare steerer tube above the headset.
