with the KC bodywork nearly complete had to decide what criteria would resolve whether I have acheived the desired performance. So on looking at the race results for the last ten years it would appear that no KC (not including wasps here) has ever exceeded 26.2 mph average (there were a few splurious figures above 30 but I think they are wrong). So that will be my goal for next year along with my aim to ride to most of the events (that I go to) purely by bike alone with the aid of GPS.

I usually average about 27MPH on my Kingcycle when I'm out on my own but in races I hang around for Barney... LOL

I am hoping to be on a faster machine this year but not sure what yet... Suggestions welcome... I have also been doing some gentle moving around of the legs once every week at least... No Tr%*&ing though of course as that is strictly forbidden under BHPC Rule number 1... Big smile

GPS now purchaced, road map on the way headlamp moulded in. Nearly there.
