Ladies and Gent's

I've left this a day or so before posting to see what falls out of the woodwork so to speak.

I am aware that several events in the past have been planned and publicised, money taken off people and then never take place. leaving people out of pocket to the tune of hundreds of pounds.

I am not saying for one moment this is the case here, but I am cautious as we all know the state of affairs with the HPV are we 'in' or 'out' with the event organisers (London Ride). I would like to think as they have specifically contacted/approched two trike manufactures that they are serious with our inclusion in their event.

Regards Karl

My name is Ricky Wosahlo and I help to organise and run The Isle of Man Cycling Challenge. http://www.isleofmancc.com/Isle_of_Man_CC/Welcome.html

For 2014 alongside our  1,2 or 3 lap TT on the world famous 60.7km mountain TT we are launching a 24hr ultra ride for solos and teams up to 12 cyclists. We are looking for innovative HPVs that will bring something different to the ultra cycling world and help us and you make history. We have the use of the pit lane for teams, on-site camping, 4 aid stations, on course support and entertainment for supporters at the grandstand/camping site.

If you feel that you would like to be involved in The Isle of Man CC in any way please feel free to contact me and we can discuss ways to make the event mutually beneficial to yourselves and us.

I notice they have a category for "Velomobilier" (never even knew that was a word...) :)

Fair play to them for including HPVs!
I really hope the event is a success....

yep, lets hope it does not end the same as the silverstone 24 hour event. After the silverstone 24 hour incident, I am wary about entering any simular events.
