Hi there

Anyone know where I can buy a SRAM Dual Drive shift rod ?

This has several other names apparently , it screws down inside the hub and is the part the Click Box clamps around ?

Unable to see any markings on the hub , however it is a 3 x 9 DualDrive [II ?]

regards Paul

I guess it's this one?

https://handbike-ersatzteile.de/stricker-handbikes/ersatzteile/schaltung/1021/dual-drive-schaltstaebchen

I can check how to get it to the UK if you want. From their web site sending abroad doesn't seem straight forward.

Hi there

I hope so !

This is from the 2015 Spare parts catalogue:-

However part No 2 lists 3 versions , without explaining if they are in anyway different.

It is on an old Nazca Fiero

At this point ANY will do to try , certainly easier than trying to make one, so yes I would like one.

regards Paul

I once ordered washers and nuts for the DualDrive and it turned out there is a 10mm and a 10.5mm version and I got the wrong one

I will check with the German shop regarding posting.

Mine looks like this ?

Picture taken from here :-

No date or model number though.

Same picture on Sheldons site could be dated around 2011 ? [ about 1/3 way down ]

Does it say DDI, DD2 or DD3 on the hub?

At a quick glance no.

However it is down the side of the car [ much to the wife's disgust ] so hard to see much at all and current blowing a gale and raining.

Is there somewhere I need to look ?

I don't really want 9 speed , as I have no parts for that.
Only need the DualDrive [ should it work ] as there is no front mech post.

My hub has a blue band on it that has some writing on it saying Sram DualDrive so I assume that makes it a DD ?

My friend has a Sram 3x9 which does not use the click box ? it just has a chain and a black connector ?

Maybe that is easier to find for sale ? and removes the vulnerability of the click box ?
