Anyone know how to convert Sram 11 speed MTB twist shifters for XD cassettes to operate Road 11 speed XDR cassettes and derailleur? Spacings are Exact Actuation (Road 10 & 11sp, Mtn 10sp) 3.1mm while X Actuation (Mtn 11sp) is 3.48mm.

Can't see anything on Jtek.

Why not use Shimano MTB rear der? I've heard it is fully compatible with sram shifters (11-speed, not dyna-sys) and can be used with double upfront, unlike SRAM's X-horizon offering.
Will make for subpar shifting if you'll want to use a narrow range road cassette likely, though...

The cassette I want to use is XDR fit only and needs an XDR derailleur. XDR spacing shifters are only available in trigger shifter or etap blips. I'd be prepared to use etap but it's an unknown if the derailleur will work OK on a D6. I find the trigger shifters a bit slow for my taste and my preference is for twist shifters which have served me well for 27 years. My understanding is that Shimano Mtb have the same spacing as Sram Mtb so would not work with an XDR cassette?

All the best.
