I am also on the lookout for any lift possibilities. I am considering, for convenience sake, taking the smallest bike you have ever seen (It only has one wheel). So space wise we are talking pretty much me only. I'd be willing to pre-travel to a suitable meeting point. i.e. Birmingham, Swindon, Oxford etc, (Coming from Cheltenham).

Many thanks, Paul

Actually, unicycle on a velodrome might not be easy... what was the bank angle like?

Bank angle is 29 degrees, simular to wolverhampton.
If you cannot bring your aero, my mum is going to the race in her car. Would not be too difficult to put the strada in and then you could race that if you wanted.

There are now going to be showers - there may not be hot water though...

Alas no food but there may be hot drinks.

There will be some food, my mum is baking a selection of cakes and will be selling them at the event. There will also be hot and cold drinks. She will be in the kitchen if it has been repaired otherwise the area under the stairs to the grandstand like last week.

Another small note, the CTT official for the local area is comming to have a look, due to work though he will be comming sometime around 2pm. I told him that people normally stay around until about 3pm. This is in connection with some disscussions about attempting to get HPVs included in time trails.

Another great race. Did not go as fast as at wolves though, think the wind was slowing me down. What did you think to the track? Will we be going to it again?
Ps, anyone know where yowie got to, I thought he was comming?

Transport didn't work out. Can't get a 20-20 on a motorbike without vitually taking it completely to pieces. And I am quite a dab at carrying stuf. http://tinyurl.com/23zfuq (not including the wheelie bins)
Completely b!$$€D off about it all Cry
