Looks like we are all on the same boat!
I think I can see some marginal improvement on mine. At least it is giving me a good reason to stop using the velomobile and start doing overdue maintenance on it instead…

In relation to Roymacdonald  the Sarah Key back block excercises are intended to get spinal fluid to move in and around the spine to keep it healthy.

During breaks on your ride loosen or remove your shoes and walk about a bit. That should sort you out on your brevets.
