One thought that crossed my mind was why was it so tall, with such a high CofG, Guy's arse should literally have been scraping the ground.

Or even head first, on his back viewing through a mirror, oh and with rear wheel steering to make it interesting Wink

Does anyone know what's happened to the tandem bike now? Is it still at the composites company? Can we get it back into use? My twin girls (11) would maybe be up for racing it this year if we can get it out on the track where it belongs...

Yes it still lives at the composite company as far as I know. We borrowed it for the York Rally a few years ago but I haven't seen it since.
Mike would be the best person to ask but I'm not sure it would be ideal for two 11 year olds racing among other vehicles on most of our circuits... It's single speed and the brake is crap! It was really only built to do that one job.
It's also HUGE! Needs a long wheelbase van to transport.

I don't know to be honest - Mike will have the details - He arranged for us to borrow it for the York Rally.
