In race 1 fast, my GPS is telling me I did 20 laps in 22:34 (as a comparison, for race 2 fast, my GPS recorded 21 laps in 44:43 so I am a couple of seconds off the official timing) but it really does not change the classification at all.

David's probably right for the 1st faster race: 20 laps in whatever time we got from the stopwatch. His tags weren't working well in the first race (replaced for the second) so his last lap was missed.

In other news the e-timing results have been revised: now featuring Neil Hood and a correct layout for the short course (thanks Barney!).

Great photos - thanks Jeff

Big respect to you chaps staying on the track in those conditions.

Those orange stripes down the Vulcan Geoff are they indicators? Would be amazing if they were.

Nice photos. Makes up a bit for not being there. I especially liked that closeup one of Geoff Bird that makes him look like a knight in futuristic armour.

The really impressive thing about that photo is that it's the best at capturing how wet it was, in spite of him being one of the driest riders.
