Hi All,
As many people will know the York Cycle Rally will return for 2015, over the weekend of 20th/21st June http://www.yorkrally.org/ I know this is a long way off, but it would be good to have a BHPC presence there... If that is going to happen we will need people willing to organise stuff and man a stand there over the weekend... Anybody interested?? |

If you book your camping pitch before the 20th December it will be cheaper...
Just booked mine. Hope to see a good BHPC turnout there... http://www.yorkrally.dougiereid.co.uk/visitor-information/campsite-bookings/ |

I will be riding up, not sure how long i'll be stopping but willing to help apart from taking or removing any kit.
I haven't booked camping yet.

I see Cyclevision is on the same weekend http://www.ligfiets.net/commissie/cyclevision.html
That may stop a few people turning up.

I'm still going to York, If I have an overseas ride next year it will probably be to the Worlds in Belgium, I think as a club we should be promoting that rather than CV at least in return to Rudi, Eric etc who've come over to the UK to race.
Plus, reading the race report about CV in 2014 and in particular Venray race track it wasn't the most interesting of venues to go round in circles at.

I agree... Especially as CV cashes with York and as a club we've already taken the decision to have a stand there...

We are also planning to do York and Belgium... The Sparenberg's
Venray was particularly boring... although a lot of fun, and an experience I wont forget.

I'm planning to go to York this year just for one day but the nearest I will get to Belgium is this box of chocolates I had for Christmas, very nice though and a lot less effort.
