On this note.. Ive made the frame, and the forks now, but not the crank mount nor how the forks link to the frame...

decided on using the 20'' alu rim for the front, and my 700c rim for the back

still not decided on gears yet, but Ive been promised a seat this time Tongue

Yes - I remember watching someone, whose name escapes me for now, starting no hands on wet grass in a Dutch campsite with the heaviest trailer in Christendom (no hills in Holland).

Shiner has now started a new thread here on the British Human Power Forum

If anybody has difficulties accessing that forum please shout!

Just to clarify: When the forum and web site were donated to the BHPC by Neil it was on the understanding that the BHPC forum (now funded by members) should be reserved for issues relating to the club and that wider discussions of Human Powered Vehicles should be on the British Human Power Forum.

Just for the record the decision to ask Shiner to move this discussion had absolutely nothing to do with Neil.
I know this because he has been with me getting soaked at the pedal car race in Swansea since Friday... Smile

In fact no complaint has been received about this thread from anybody as far as I am aware.

Alan
