K Drive on a camera bike, what could possibly go wrong?

Talking of brain hurts: anyone else having trouble working out which is front on the various figures (it doesn't seem consistent) Confused

There's also a nice photo of an unknown rider (gNick) riding the fish which used a K-Drive. So reliable was this that the fish now has normal (v. short) cranks!

I do have a number of slightly distorted K-Drives

For those old enough to remember think Viv Stanshall's voiceover in Tubular Bells and imaging the sound of twisting steel and aluminium and chains pinging off.
