This seems to be the most appropriate place to post these questions: 1. Is there scope to add Forum topics for access by BHPC members only? 2. There was also some innocent mis-posting by a non-member on this Forum, so it begs the question: why is there a public area in a "members only" forum? Cheers

Hi Ian,
Any posts placed in any areas of the forum other than the public area will only be seen by members (or they will be once non-members forum status has been updated...
 ).We are holding on to give people a chance to renew at Darley Moor... After that anybody who has not renewed will be removed from the BHPC Members group...
There may well be a new group for "lapsed members" which would allow read only access for a period (this is still under discussion - comments welcome).
The public area is there so that non-members can have access to some club information such as details of forthcoming races etc...

Indeed. BHPC races are unequivocally Club events, but at the same time non-members are most welcome to participate, spectate, etc.

Any chance that my first question could be answered? I was thinking of a "wanted" and for "sale section" for BHPC members only, then if no luck the posting person could widen their readership by posting on the other web site.
