Nice work with the really quick results. Mine at least are a perfect match to my Garmin.

In case others don't spot it, note the new division of timing results into classes. While perhaps not immediately useful, this is the first visible effect of the work we've been doing (well, mainly Kim) on making the timing system aware of the BHPC's arcane system of machine and rider classes (multitrack, ladies part-faired etc).

When finished this will make the production of results much slicker and less error-prone than the previous system of transferring data between the timing system (which doesn't know about classes) and the race software (which does).

Hey was that Olivier racing? As in the French club Olivier - one of the organisers at WC2019 at Nandax?

If so that was an honour to have him race with us. Does someone want to put a few words on the forum about this - for lazy toe rags like myself who did not turn up at Stourport.

Without breaching GDPR of course ;)

Olivier was racing his IceVTX. 2 weeks ago he became french trike champion with the same trike. I must admit that for an old fossil he's bloody fast!
Cheers

I don't feel so bad about getting lapped by him now - he was b**dy fast on the straights as well as the corners!
Many thanks to the ICE guys for the loan of the ICE VTX trike in the second race - it didn't take me too long to start lifting the inside wheel in the hairpins, great fun... Big smile

Was anyone taking photos yesterday?

Thanks Kim for providing me with new transponder tags, and the organisers. Couldn't have had a better return to the race track.

All the best.

Roy
