This is the place for discussion of round 8 of the BHPC championships at

Stourport Sports Club

Sign on starts at 10am

We have the track booked from 11-3pm.

Can we please have some volunteers to help race organise.

I have edited the post - It's definitely the 6th!
For those a long way away there is free camping at Curborough on the Saturday night following the pedal car race there.

This event isn't on the race calendar in the magazine - was it added to the calendar later? Apologies if it was my omission.

Yes, it was added after the failed booking of Bath.

The track works well in both directions and we've done 30 minutes each way before... That worked well and gave two tracks in one...

Let's go with Alan's suggestion.

Round 1
30 min +1 lap clockwise (full circuit)

Round 2
30 min +1lap (anti-clockwise) (just the top circuit closest to the car park

Split between not fast and slow as dual dependence no on numbers

There have been no volunteers to organise as far as I know so I'll do it - Definitely 30 mins in each direction, if there is a very low turnout we'll run everybody together - more than 20 riders and we'll split the field into fast and slow.

Results from the electronic timing system are now available at: http://www.bhpc.org.uk/Data/Sites/1/media/events/events19/11stourport/index.html

(I've fudged Barney's times in the first race; his tags weren't working. Let me know if he didn't do 13 laps...)
